Choshu Sake Brewery
長州酒造は、下関市菊川町にある明治４年創業の老舗酒造「児玉酒造」の 事業を受け継ぎ、令和２年から新たな酒造りをはじめました。 長年親しまれていた児玉酒造の地元銘柄「長門菊川」とともに、 このたび長州酒造が新たに生み出すお酒の名は「天美（てんび）」といいます。 稲を育む太陽にちなみ、日本古来の神様である「天照（あまてらす）」と 酒を意味する別称「美禄（びろく）」から１文字ずついただきました。
