海外介護人材事業当社は、インドネシアの介護人材送出機関と独占契約を締結し、現地での日本語教育・介護教育体制を整えました。また、日本の受入先事業者が海外介護人材をどのように受入れるのか、フラグシップモデルとなる介護施設の運営を2022年７月に開始。今後は、受入先事業者が抱える課題解消の成功モデルを体現し、新たな顧客の開拓を推進いたします。2023年7月には、半官半民のインド国家技能開発公社の子会社、NSDCインターナショナル（NSDCI）と業務提携契約を締結。NSDCIが設立した日本語研修センターで学んだ学生を、日本企業に特定技能介護人材として紹介してまいります。第1段階として2025年までに120名のインド人材の雇用を日本国内で創出することを目指しています。 成長戦略海外IT人材事業2019年にはインドのIT都市ベンガルールにZENKEN INDIA LLPを設立し、現地の工科大学と連携。大学内にジャパンキャリアセンターをオープンし、現地の学生と日本企業のマッチングを進めています。また、新卒採用だけでなく、2022年10月には、世界中の海外IT人材とマッチングできる採用プラットフォーム
