子々孫々に法音を伝へる梵鐘はまず優秀な伝統を持つ鋳造所を選定し如何なる資材を使用するか御不審の点はあく迄究明して鋳造所の誠意を充分倦め御柄得の上御注文致されます事が名鐘の生れる最も大なる条件で御座います。 総て弊所の梵鐘は三百年相伝の秘法に則り精魂を込めて鋳造申上げており鐘の余韻、遠音は韻々としてその法音を後世に伝へられることでありまして弊所の最も誇りとするところであります。 既に終戦後梵鐘に於きましては全国各地の各宗寺院、神社等へ納入申上げました数が二千数百基に達し、又半鐘に於ては寺院、消防関係団体等に納入申上げており、その数実に二万数百基に及んでおります。御購入先からは一つの例外もなく歓喜激励の賞讃を戴き多数の貰状謝状を授与せられ益々其の信念を深めておるもので御座います。 戦争の犠牲になつた梵鐘は一日も早く再建せねばなりません。人々の心に深くきざみ込まれた朝夕の鐘の音が聞えなくなつたと云う事は目に見えない空虚を感じさせ精神的にも大きな不幸と申さねばならないでしよう。諸行無常、寂滅為楽は仏教の根幹であり、このことはりに目覚めしめるべく是非寺々に鐘は必要です。 音響と鐘身各所の厚み、鋳
