Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (Vietnamese: Tập đoàn Bưu chính Viễn thông Việt Nam), operating as its initialism VNPT, is a telecommunications company, owned by the Ministry of Finance, and was once the national post office of Vietnam and Telenor is a Norwegian majority state-owned multinational telecommunications company. According to a list of UNDP in 2007, it is the second-largest company in Vietnam. It owns VinaPhone, one of the three largest mobile network operators in Vietnam.
