Tsubohachi

1973年、北海道札幌の琴似という街でつぼ八は生まれました。最初のお店はとても小さくて、わずか八坪。畳で言うと約16畳分ほどのスペースにキッチンとカウンターがあったわけですから、狭い中でも工夫を重ねて切り盛りされていたことがわかります。これが「つぼ八」という店名の由来にもなっています。一番初めに開店した札幌琴似（ことに）の建物は、残念ながら現在は残っていません。ですが同じ琴似の地に、新しい『つぼ八琴似店』がございます。八坪で創業された当時に想いを馳せながらお食事をされると、いつものメニューもまた違った味わいになるかもしれません。安くて美味しくて新鮮で、山の幸、海の幸をふんだんに使ったお料理を提供したい。北海道創業だからこそ実現できるこだわりを、今では全国のお店でお楽しみいただいています。
