『TATSUJIN』の続編ながら、全くもって別ものというくらいの進化を遂げた、高難易度ながらプレイヤーを魅了する内容の濃いシューティングゲーム。サウンドもメロディックでノリノリの曲が続き、またボス戦では迫りくる恐怖感ある曲など、プレイヤー魂を煽る仕掛けが何とも『達人王』！自機・武器・敵・背景、全てにおいてのグラフックが更にリアル感と存在感を増し、『達人王』たる世界観をこれでもかというくらいぶつけてくるので圧倒されてしまう。これはもう達人を超えて王となるしかない！ 8方向レバーとショットボタン、ボンバーボタンで操作します。ショットとボンバーを使って敵を破壊していきます。自機が空中の敵や敵の弾に当たると破壊され失います。地上の敵に触れてもミスにはなりません。再スタート時にはパワーアップはリセットされ、ボンバー３個の状態で始まります。自機を全て失うとゲームオーバーになります。全6ステージ構成です。 一定時間経過で緑→赤→青と色が変化し、取得時の色によってショットが変わります。一番初めに取得した時に自機の左右にオプションが付き、オプションからもショットが出ます。ショットと同色の時に取得するとシ
