中國—葡語國家經貿合作論壇（澳門）常設秘書處於2003年10月在澳門創立。由中國中央政府發起、中國商務部主辦、澳門特別行政區政府承辦，安哥拉、巴西、佛得角、幾內亞比紹、赤道幾內亞、莫桑比克、葡萄牙、聖多美和普林西比和東帝汶等九個葡語國家共同參與，並以經貿促進與發展為主題的政府間多邊經貿合作機制，旨在加強中國與葡語國家之間的經貿交流，發揮澳門聯繫中國與葡語國家的經貿平台作用，促進中國內地、葡語國家和澳門的共同發展。
