SpyParty
SpyParty is very early in development, but it has been playtested a lot, with more to come, including occasional public playtests, and eventually internet playtests. There is some documentation written for playtesters about how to play the game in its current state, which you might find interesting, here and here. A very early prototype of SpyParty was shown in public for the first time at the Experimental Gameplay Workshop at the 2009 Game Developers Conference.
