When people ask me what inspired me to create Spindrift, I tell them about the summers I spent working and living on the island of Nantucket. I tell them about my childhood growing up in Western Massachusetts, surrounded by acres of trails, mountains, and farmland. In both places, I had access to all these unique and incredible natural ingredients—and most importantly, a deep connection with nature.
