江戸中期より続くカステラ元祖 松翁軒です。天和元年（1681年）、山口屋貞助がほぼ現在の地に創業。松翁軒の歴史を繙くと長崎カステラの歴史を語ることにもなるといわれています。 長崎の異国情緒を風味豊かなお菓子に託し、老舗ならではのおいしさをお届けしたいと精進いたしております。
