天保元年・1830年創業、愛知県岡崎市の老舗酒蔵「柴田酒造場」。山中から汲み上げる硬度0.2の超軟水を使用した丁寧な酒造り。地酒「孝の司（こうのつかさ）」生酛造り「众（ぎん）」全国新酒鑑評会金賞7回の大吟醸「神水仕込（かんずいしこみ）」をはじめ、作り手の想いのこもった日本酒を製造販売しています。
