「如果日本可以有，那台灣應該也可以吧！」這樣的想法促使了森林跑站的誕生。日本東京皇居向來是跑者們到東京旅遊或跑馬必去的朝聖地點，優越的地理位置加上環繞皇居一圈恰巧是5公里的路線，除了成為熱門的跑步景點，周邊也衍生出許多的「跑站」，也就是可以讓跑者們使用盥洗、寄物等服務的跑者服務站。森林跑站座落於有都市之肺美名的大安森林公園旁，除提供淋浴寄物的服務外，也精心為跑者準備休憩區及專為跑者設計的健康輕食與跑步課程，期盼能提供跑者一個貼心、舒適的環境，讓跑者有如同家的感覺。以「打造台灣皇居，成為跑者們的第二個家！」為目標，要讓喜歡跑步的人們有專屬於自己的會館，也希望更多人能以不同目的、角度來運動，獲得健康。
