Die Wiehltalbahn ist zwischen den Betriebsstellen Osberghausen und Waldbröl (VzG 2680) für den Betrieb ab sofort (2. März 2026) gesperrt und zum Baugleis erklärt worden. Auf der Infrastruktur werden großflächig angelegte Vegetationsarbeiten durchgeführt.
