2023年（令和5年）5月30日の総会で理事に再任され、同日の臨時理事会にて会長に選任されました芳賀です。たいへんな重責を担うことになりますが、理事の皆様、会員各社、国土交通省を始め、関係各位の皆様のご指導、ご協力を頂きまして着実な協会運営を行ってまいりたいと思います。どうぞ、よろしくお願いします。 小出前会長には、長らく理事、副会長、会長を務められ協会運営にご尽力を頂きました。ここにお礼を申し上げます。前会長が掲げられた「認定都市プランナー制度を活用した社会貢献の仕組みづくり（具体的には、地方公共団体の都市計画・まちづくり行政担当者とコンサルタント等の実務家とのコラボレーションにより、課題解決への取組みを行うこと）」と「都市計画コンサルタント協会の世代交代を図ること」の2つの目標は、継続して取り組んでまいります。 都市計画を取り巻く状況については、ポストコロナ禍と「防災・減災のまちづくり」や「持続可能、にぎわい創出、ＤＸ（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）等をキーワードとしたコンパクトなまちづくり」を推進していくことが求められています。 こうした中で、都市計画コンサルタント協会として
