私たちOPSが身を置く公営競技の業界は公共性が高く、また安全性・正確性が強く求められています。 ミスなくできて当たり前、さらに継続できて初めてお客様の力になれる世界です。 当たり前のことを当たり前に、小さな見落とし一つなく続けること。 それは簡単そうに見えて実際には大変難しいことです。 人間ですから時には体調が悪い日も、集中を欠く日もあります。 そこで大切になってくるのがチームワークです。 一人がミスをしそうになっても、他の誰かがカバーリングする。 人財力プラスチーム力によって創業から40年あまり、「当たり前のことを当たり前に」やり遂げ、 お客様からも信頼をいただいてきました。 今後、「人財」に関する部分をさらに強化していくため、2017年9月に独自の研修センター（名称：BMTセンター）を開所しました。 これは、所属事業部門の専門技術や知識をさらに深めてもらうとともに、会社全体の事業に精通してもらうことを目的としています。 新規卒業の新入社員はもちろん、キャリア採用の社員もじっくりと学んでもらう環境を整えています。 自分の担当職務を知るだけでなく、会社全体を見渡せるゼネラリストを育成し
