【ジャン】私はブラジル人が好きです。ブラジル人は非常に好奇心旺盛で、質問するのを恥ずかしがりますが、たくさんのことを知りたがります。問題は、ブラジルの政治がブラジル人が理解しやすくなるのを望んでいないことです。 移民や難民が苦しんでいるのは、国民の意志によるものではありません。国民に状況を説明しなければならないのは政府です。世界もそうですが、ブラジルではコミュニケーションの問題がとても深刻です。 日本国在サンパウロ総領事公邸で２日、昨年度の春と秋に日本国大使館推薦で叙勲を受章した坂尾英矩氏、中谷アンセルモ氏、桂川富夫氏、栢野定雄氏の４人から伝達式が行われた。伝達式にはブラジル日本文化福祉協会、サンパウロ日伯援護協会、ブラジル日本都道府県人会連合会、日伯文化連盟、ブラジル日本商工会議所の各代表が出席。受勲者の家族や関係者などが参加し、桑名良輔総領事から賞状と勲章が贈られた。 １９５６年に 日本語での新聞は、日系移民社会の結節点 ニッケイ新聞が廃刊となり、「ブラジル日報」に新生する過渡期にあたり、一綴りにした「紙のニッケイ新聞」を読み返してみた。 手元にあるのはわずかな年数の、多少変色した
