特に、6月から8月をおもちゃ花火の“花火安全消費月間”と決め｢ルールを守って楽しい花火｣をスローガンに全国で安全啓発運動を行っております。 また、花火は製造・販売・運搬・消費に至るまで｢火薬類取締法｣という法律によって規制されていることから、花火大会などの安全はもとより、おもちゃ花火の製品事故をなくすために、安全対策と品質管理が要求されます。 このため、学識経験者をはじめ、経済産業省の指導のもとに自主基準の作成や、おもちゃ花火の検査制度を実施し、安全対策に取り組んできました。 今後も天下泰平、鎮魂・慰霊といった先人から引き継いだ願いに思いを致しつつ、伝統を大切に、花火が多くの皆様の心を癒し、安全に楽しんでいただけるように各種事業を展開してまいります。 公益社団法人 日本煙火協会では、国産品、輸入品を問わず国内に流通するすべてのおもちゃ花火を検査し、定められた検査基準に合格した花火を流通させています。 この検査は始めてすでに38年を経ており、検査数は年間約4000件程度になります。おもちゃ花火を検査している国は世界的にも稀です。愛知県豊橋市に設置されています。 当協会は、昭和37年に設立
