1997年（平成9年）に大阪府貝塚市の二色の浜産業団地内で工場を竣工以来、伝統に裏打ちされた手作業による製法と最新の衛生・包装・管理設備を両立させた工場です。ここでは、都こんぶをはじめ、おしゃぶり昆布などを生産し、また新製品の企画開発を行っています。 【都こんぶ】は北海道・道南地方や三陸地方の真昆布を原料に、およそ11の行程を経て作られています。妥協しない製品作りこそ都こんぶの味の原点と考えています。
