当蔵の創業は文政2年（1819）。蔵を構える新潟県村上市は、五百万石や越淡麗など、良質な酒造好適米を産出する米どころ。また、酒の味に影響を与えると言われる水は、敷地内の清冽な井戸水を仕込みや洗い水などに使用しています。 当蔵に脈々と受け継がれてきたのは、酒造りに対する真摯な姿勢。良質の米と清冽な水を原料に、より皆様から喜んでいただける“うまい酒”を目指し、杜氏と蔵人たちが日々酒造りに努めています。 当蔵は、県内最大級の冷蔵倉庫を所有し、大吟醸、純米大吟醸は全て、もろみを搾り、火入れと同時にビン詰めし、冷蔵貯蔵しています。 それによって、それぞれのお酒にとって最適な状態で、華やかな香味をそのまま閉じ込めて貯蔵、熟成することができます。その他のお酒に関しても、全量冷蔵完備した貯蔵庫で管理しています。 出荷をする酒は原酒の段階とビン詰め前に幾度も利き酒を繰り返し、品質の確認に努めています。 当蔵は商品を大切に扱っていただけるお店と直接お取引きしていますので、保存状態、温度管理など、〆張鶴を最高の状態で販売しているお店でお求めください。 その「品質第一」の想いのもと、すでに昭和40年代には純米
