Local Museum
Das «Alte Arzthaus» und heutige Ortsmuseum wurde 1894 von der Arztfamilie Meyer erbaut. Bis 1971 diente die mitten in einem grossen Park stehende, von riesigen Bäumen umgebene Villa dem Frenkendörfer Dorfarzt als Praxis und Wohnhaus, von wo aus er einst hoch zu Pferd seine Patienten besuchte. Als sich der Bau einer eigenen Sekundarschule in Frenkendorf abzeichnete, liess der Kanton das Gebäude 1961 durch die Kantonalbank treuhänderisch erwerben.
