Growing up in an Air Force family, Left Hand Founder Eric Wallace traveled the globe from a young age and continued his journey of exploration as an adult during his own time in the Air Force. Inspired by the rich, diverse beer styles he encountered in Europe and frustrated by the lack of options back home, Eric set out to brew the kind of beer he craved. What began as a hobby soon turned into a passion, and in September 1993, Left Hand Brewing was born in Longmont, Colorado.
