The recipe was inherited by our vice president Hiroe Tanaka, daughter of Yukichi Tanaka and she opened her first location in December 2008 at Setagaya, Tokyo. Steadily, the popularity grew and by its next summer there was a long line in front of the store. We work hard to deliver our taste and culture born out of Osaka, now to the world.
