Japanese Red Cross Society Tokushima Chapter
日本赤十字社は、国内の赤十字活動の拠点として、47都道府県に支部を設置しており、徳島県支部は明治20年10月28日に全国で初めて設立された6支部の1つとして誕生しました。設立以来、徳島県内を中心に災害救護をはじめ救急法などの講習普及や医療・血液・社会福祉事業など「いのちと健康、尊厳を守る」赤十字活動を展開しています。また、県内には赤十字病院、血液センター、社会福祉施設があり、同じく「人道」を理念に医療事業、血液事業、社会福祉事業を行っています。そして、徳島県支部は多くの県民の皆さまに支えられ、平成29年には創立130周年を迎えました。赤十字ボランティアをはじめとする多くの方々によって徳島県支部の活動は支えられています。
