Japanese Red Cross Society Saga Chapter
日本赤十字社佐賀県支部は、全国47都道府県にある日本赤十字社の支部のひとつとして、1889年に佐賀県委員部として誕生しました。 1952年に佐賀県支部と改称。「人道」を理念に国際救援・開発協力、災害救護、安全講習会普及、ボランティア活動、青少年赤十字活動、国際人道法普及など、さまざまな活動を行っています。 また、県内には唐津赤十字病院、佐賀県赤十字血液センターがあり、同じく「人道」を理念に医療事業、血液事業を行っています。更に、佐賀県内全ての地域の人々に赤十字の活動が届くよう、県内各市町村には、赤十字事業の推進を担う事務局（地区・分区）が設置されています。
