色材協会誌（月刊・毎月下旬発行Ａ４判、平均40ページ）は、独創的な研究成果を発表する「研究報文」、現象あるいは考え方を示した「技術論文」、総説的な解説記事の「資料」、わかりやすい技術解説の「講座」をはじめ、内外の文献、特許、刊行物などの紹介が豊富に収録され、会員に配布されますので、色材に関連する業務に従事される方々には極めて有用なものであります。 当協会は、顔料、塗料、印刷インキ、化粧品、7文具、各種添加剤からプラスチック、ゴム、繊維、紙、建材、皮革などの応用製品および磁気・光記録、画像形成、カラーフィルムなどのエレクトロニクス機能製品に至るまで原材料、中間製品、これらの製造装置、評価・測定器を含め、幅広く各種色材に関する研究を行い、技術の進歩と発展を図り、知識の普及につとめております。 創立８５周年、９０周年、９５周年を記念して５年ごとの節目の年に国際会議（ＣＳＩ会議）を開催（研究発表会を同時開催）し、海外からも多数の発表・参加者が集まり、国際色豊かな雰囲気で国際交流を行っています。 令和９年（2027年）は、東京で創立100周年の記念会議を開催する予定です。 当協会は会長と4名の副
