日本都市ファンド投資法人(JMF)は、 日本初の商業施設不動産の運用に特化した投資法人である日本リテールファンド投資法人として、2002年3月に東京証券取引所に上場（証券コード8953）いたしました。その後、2010年3月にラサール ジャパン投資法人との合併を経て、2021年3月に、オフィスビル重点型REITであるMCUBS MidCity投資法人と合併し、商号を日本都市ファンド投資法人に変更いたしました。 「日本の都市生活(住む、働く、消費する)を不動産面から支えていく」を理念に、日本の都市部不動産への投資を通じて、投資主価値の向上(持続的な成長)を実現していきます。 JMFは、三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティ株式会社と資産運用委託契約を締結し、本投資法人の規約および投資方針に基づいた資産運用業務を委託しています。
