岩手県初となる1級マグロ解体師の認定者となった岩手県盛岡市在住の萩野詳平さん！大手鮮魚店でのマグロ解体の経験を活かし、書類選考、適性検査をクリアした後、正式に募集区分【2】技能別1級プロフェッショナルコースの受講を開始～マグロ解体師になるという強い情熱を持って臨み、実習を積み重ね最短記録となる約2か月で1級マグロ解体師本試験合格！見事、資格を取得することが出来ました。 今後は岩手県初となる1級マグロ解体師として東北エリアを中心に、日本全国、グローバルに新たな風を吹かせてくれることでしょう☆彡 宮城県在住の荒永香里さん、鮪匠宮城、山本代表の推薦枠（調理経験者）として家業の漁師のサポート、水産加工、育児の傍ら実習での場数を踏み、2025年9月26～27日かけて行われたマグロ解体師認定試験（2級）に臨み、見事合格となりました☆彡 今後は女性2級マグロ解体師として地域の皆様に感動を与える公認マグロ解体ショーの提供とともに地域活性化（地産地消、雇用創出、市場創造）新たな風を吹かせてくれることでしょう☆彡 ※上記、①②スケジュール確認後、参加希望者は協会ホームページ お問い合わせフォームより参加希
