Institut de Droit International
L’Institut de Droit international (IDI) a été fondé le 8 septembre 1873, à l’Hôtel de ville de Gand, en Belgique par onze internationalistes de renom. L’Institut est une association scientifique qui a pour but de favoriser le progrès du droit international. En reconnaissance pour son action en faveur de l’arbitrage entre Etats, moyen pacifique de règlement des conflits, l’Institut a reçu le Prix Nobel de la Paix.
