市浦ハウジング＆プランニングは、1952年に市浦健（1904～81年）によって創設されたハウジング分野を専⾨とする計画・設計組織です。組織の特⻑は、70年に及ぶ団地・ニュータウンの計画・再⽣⽀援から⾃治体住宅政策や住宅・建築関連諸制度の策定⽀援などの事業実績に裏付けられた公共性、社会性に視座を置いた業務展開とこれに基づく信頼にあります。 数年を経て、⾼度経済成⻑期が到来する。人口は急増し、都市部への人口集中が始まり、深刻な住宅不足の時代が迫り、公共主導による住宅供給が本格化しようとしていた。 当社はこのような時期に発足し、公共共同住宅や団地の計画・設計を主要業務とし、 60年以降はニュータウン（NT）計画も加えて、一般国民の住宅や居住環境の向上を目指した。 私たちは、住宅･住環境の向上に資する種々の業務や今後の住宅政策や住宅事業へのコンサルティングを⼀層重視しつつ、これまで培ってきた公共政策への取組みや社会性をポリシーとした住宅事業の蓄積を活かした業務等の取り組みを地域の⽅々と⼒をあわせてすすめていきます。 おかげさまで、2022年5⽉に創⽴70周年を迎えました。70周年を記念し感謝を
