近年、女性タレント、モデルの方などの影響により、キックをフィットネス感覚でやりたいという方が増えました。 女性でも、格闘技で楽しく運動できる事が認知され、気軽に入会される方が多いです。 今人気のキッククラスでの基本の練習は、パンチ、キックを中心に、ミット中心のクラスです。体幹を鍛え、体の引き締め、ダイエット、ストレス発散になります。 また、グラバカでは、2002年に東中野で第一号ジムをオープンして以来、2011年に赤羽、2017年に東村山と、とても長くの間、沢山の方たちに指示されてきました。 ジムとして、これまでのプロ選手の実績、柔術大会での実績、一般のフィットネス格闘ジムとしての実績と、幅広く兼ね備えた数少ないジムと自負しています。 キック、柔術と好きなレッスンを選び、皆さんが何歳になっても、気軽に楽しめるジムを目指しています。 インストラクターは皆、明るく真面目な現役選手を招き入れ、日ごろのクラスを充実させれるよう努めています。
