Gjusta
Gjusta sources nearly all of its fresh produce directly from our long-standing relationships with Southern California farmers, and most of our meat and seafood is sourced from local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops. We shop at five farmers’ markets throughout the week and receive deliveries daily. Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market created to serve market-driven, seasonal food to our community.
