明けましておめでとうございます。 本年もよろしくお願いいたします。 当財団は、情報通信ネットワークの安心・安全な利用や利用促進に向けた実践的な活動及びICT（情報通信技術）や郵便の事業分野におけるグローバルな視点から行う調査研究を中心に活動を行っております。経済安全保障上のリスクや昨今頻発する自然災害、巧妙化するサイバー攻撃などに的確に対応するとともに、持続的な経済成長を実現するためには、ICTを有効に活用することが不可欠となっています。当財団としましても、こうした状況を踏まえつつ、ICTによる我が国の社会経済の発展と国民生活の安心・安全の実現に寄与すべく、事業活動に取り組んで参ります。 具体的には、ネット安心・安全講座「e-ネットキャラバン」につきましては、最近のスマートフォンやSNSの動向を反映して2025年10月に開始した新たな講座内容により児童、生徒等への啓発活動を進めるとともに、教材の更なる充実等に取り組んで参ります。また、情報通信の安心安全な利用のための標語の募集や入賞した標語を活用した啓発活動等につきましても、ICTリテラシーの向上に向け積極的に取り組んで参ります。 災害
