It is with great sadness that we have been informed of the passing of Professor Jean Lemaitre on March 3rd 2025, a pioneer in building the mechanics of materials community in France and within Euromech We are pleased to announce the newly elected Officers and Council members. We extend our congratulations to the new members and look forward to their contributions in the coming years. EUROMECH Solid Mechanics Prize and Fellows 2025 have been selected.
