4月21日，武汉大学2026年非学历教育工作会在城市设计学院报告厅召开。会议全面总结全校非学历教育办学成效，部署年度重点工作，对非学历教育领域先进单位和优秀项目予以表彰。我院自主研发的“卓越芯火计划”培训项目喜获“非学历教育校级自办品牌项目”“武汉大学2025年十大精品项目”两项荣誉，学院党委副书记李海波代表学院上台领奖，充分彰显了我院在非学历教育领域的办学实力与突出成果。副校长龚威出席会议并讲话，国内合作部副部长（主持工作）谢韵主持会议。学校各备案培养单位、相关职能部门及特邀单位代表参加会议，围绕非学历教育高质量发展开展交流研讨，凝聚发展合力。“卓越芯火计划”是我院聚焦国家集成电路与电子信息产业紧缺人才培养需求，深耕非学历教育领域打造的特色品牌项目，历经多年建设，形成了成熟完善的培养体系，办学成效显著。该项目于2008年启动试点工作，重点探索产业一线实用型人才培养路径，为项目规范化发展奠定基础；2011年正式全面实施，确立“现代学徒制、工学交替、校企协同、定制培养”核心模式，实现人才培养与产业需求精准衔接；2021年“卓越芯火计划”10周年恳谈会成功召开；经过多年迭代升级，项目已连续
