Tofu Craft was founded by Chi after she moved to the UK in 2005 and found that she missed the rustic taste of Japanese tofu from her home town in northern Japan. After apprenticing herself to her old home town tofu shop she has now been supplying that traditional taste to the Japanese community in the UK for over twenty years. Making tofu produces a rich residue of soya beans called okara that is used by Japanese people in many dishes.
