Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center

In 1968, several members of the New Haven community, including Mr. Cornell Scott, partnered with the Yale School of Medicine to establish Connecticut’s first Federally Qualified Community Health Center—Hill Health Center. Since then, we have been serving the surrounding communities with top-notch health services.
