公益財団法人中国労働衛生協会本部を広島県福山市に置き、福山市・尾道市・鳥取市・米子市・津山市に健診センターを展開。年間約40万件の皆さまに健康診断を提供しています。健康診断に加え、産業医・保健指導・健康教育などの産業保健事業、作業環境測定事業、社会貢献事業及び健康経営支援事業を五本柱に、労働安全衛生法などの関連法令を遵守し、精度が高く信頼されるサービスの提供に努めてきました。各健診センターは全国労働衛生連合会「労働衛生サービス機能評価」で優良健診機関として認定され、個人情報保護体制も強化。平成21年9月にはプライバシーマークを取得し、現在も定期的に更新しています。さらに「健康経営」にも積極的に取り組み、「日本健康会議」より健康経営優良法人（大規模法人部門）ホワイト500に継続認定されるなど、地域と職場の健康づくりをリードしています。
