Carlson Elite Omega-3

Leading the Way for Omega-3s Since 1982 Carlson helped launch the omega-3 market in North America in the early 1980s, importing our first wild caught, sustainably sourced fish oils from Norway. In 2009, we launched a new marine oil sourced from an abundant species of calamari. And in 2017, we opened Carlson Health Oils, a state-of-the-art facility in Søvik, Norway, where our fish oils are refined, distilled, and bottled.
