はじめまして。ビゴの店、2代目となります ビゴ・ジャンポール・太郎 です。 ドンクからの召喚を受けフランスより来日した父フィリップと日本人の母の下に生まれ、日本の兵庫県芦屋市・西宮市で、家ではフランス語と英語、外では日本語（関西弁）という環境で育ちました。大学卒業後より父であるフィリップのもと、パンづくりから仕入れ業者とのやり取りやデパート等の出店催事等のマネージメント、新店出店時の諸々の雑事などフランスの職人らしい（？）気質の父フィリップと各所関係者様との仲介役として約32年、現場に携わってまいりました。 2018年末の父の他界により経営を引き継ぎ、カリスマを有する父のややワンマンだった経営を整えている中、2022年現在まで続くコロナ禍に見舞われ、今は少しづつ自分の目標とする経営体制へと向かっている途中です。 ですが、このような状況の中でも、ビゴの店は優秀な職人たちに支えられ、父から受け継いだビゴのエスプリ、パンの味と品質を変わらずお届けできることは、何よりの喜びです。 50周年を迎え、さらにはばたく私たちのビゴの店を 皆様、今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 「フランス語があ
