このたび当社では、竹原商工会議所主催の「未来創造企業見学会」において、竹原市内の高校生の工場見学を受け入れました。 本取り組みは、地域の企業を訪問することで、現場の雰囲気や働く人々の姿を直接見て感じ、地域産業への理解を深めるとともに、「地元で働く」という選択肢について考えるきっかけを提供することを目的としています。当日は、工場内の見学や製品ができるまでの工程説明を通して、モノづくりの流れや仕事の内容についてご紹介しました。参加した生徒の皆さんには、実際の工場内をご覧いただくことで、製造業への理解を深めていただけたものと考えております。当社では、手袋などの製品づくりを通じて、働く人々を支えています。今回の見学を通じて、そうした仕事の一端を感じていただけていれば幸いです。また、本取り組みは当社にとっても、未来を担う世代と直接触れ合う貴重な機会となりました。今後も地域に根ざした企業として、次世代の育成や地域社会への貢献につながる活動に積極的に取り組んでまいります。 アトム株式会社では、今年で第5回目となる海外インターン（タイ）の参加者募集を開始いたしました。本インターンは、当社のタイ現地法人
