Für die im Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken (vdp) zusammengeschlossenen Institute verlief das Geschäftsjahr 2025 erfreulich: Trotz des anspruchsvollen Marktumfelds konnten sie die Vergabe neuer Immobiliendarlehen sowie ihr Pfandbriefvolumen ausweiten.
