אג׳יק-מכון הנגב מסורת של חדשנות אג'יק-מכון הנגב הנו ארגון ערבי-יהודי לשינוי חברתי אשר החל את פעילותו בנגב בשנת 2000. הארגון מורכב מצוות משותף של ערבים ויהודים הפועלים יחדיו ליצירת מרחב משותף שוויוני, המאפשר לערבים ויהודים לחיות ביחד תוך שמירה על זהותם ותרבותם. כיום פועל הארגון בקרב החברה האזרחית בכל רחבי הארץ ובתוכניות חוצות גבולות.
