社会医療法人愛仁会は昭和33年（1958年）に設立され、大阪市西淀川区の千船診療所を起源として「貢献・創意・協調」をモットーに大阪から兵庫に渡る広い地域で65年間、地域医療と介護事業に取り組んで参りました。地域の皆様に支えられたおかげで、現在では急性期病院４施設、回復期病院２施設、介護施設6施設、健診センター２施設、看護専門学校２校を有する職員数6,500人の組織へと成長させていただきました。 当法人は急性期の高度な医療、回復期の専門的なリハビリテーションの提供、介護や健診業務に加え、人材開発を大きなテーマとしてMBA取得のサポート、周麻酔期看護師の育成、診療看護師（NP）の活用など、専門職が専門職としてキャリアアップしていける仕組みの構築に注力しており、教育や人材育成を基礎とした海外事業にも力を入れています。 3年間に及ぶ新型コロナ感染症パンデミックは、経済の停滞だけではなく、活動量低下による基礎疾患やフレイルの悪化を引き起こし、Withコロナにおいても様々な課題が残されています。愛仁会はこうした課題に対処しつつ、引き続き地域の皆様に良質な医療・介護サービスを提供して参ります。 愛仁
