V blízkosti protéká řeka Morava a půda se zde skládá z významných vrstev naplavenin říčního písku a je tedy lehčí a snadno záhřevná. Daří se zde aromatickým odrůdám a také modrým odrůdám, ze kterých vznikají velmi zajímavá vína.
